Well, I did so well at the beginning of the year. I went down 30 lbs. Then, I went on a business trip and let myself go for the 1 week. I came back and it was ALL down hill. I got on the scale yesterday, I am back up 25 of the 30 lbs. After Thanksgiving, I am back on the wagon till Christmas. Then I'm back on after that once again. I need to do this for myself. My husband got me an ipod (its an older one, but its nice) for an early Christmas present. I put on some of the music that I found on the best workout songs list here on SparkPeople. Earlier this evening I was moving my hips back and forth swaying to the music. Anyway, I'm getting back on the horse - once again.
