Whew - 2 down and 1 to go…

That being emoticon dinners. Oh brother I can not believe how that emoticon is throwing roadblock by tempting me.

As I blogged earlier - had dinner with my son at his fraternity tonight and I WAS A SUCCESS!!!! (too bad emoticon) And I even visited the treat table too!!!

This dinner was a little easier than my daughters, as it was not served buffet style, but family style. Had thought it was going to be restaurant style as it was last year but… family style is still better than buffet style.

I did pass on the bread & butter, passed on the stuffing, just took a dab of potatoes (1/4 c) all in planning so I COULD visit the treat table and be able to enjoy mindfully a few treats!! So here was my breakdown - used best guess from SP food choices…

Salad - Garden Salad Mix 1.5 cup 20
Italian Salad dressing, 0.5 tbsp 34
Waldorf (Apple) Salad, 1 cup 140
Turkey, White Meat Roasted, 3 oz 89
Cranberry Sauce1/3 cup 138
Mashed Potatoes, 0.25 cup 40
Peas & Carrots, 1 cup 75

Treat table
Bakery Sugar Cookies 2 120
Banana Cream Pie 1/12 piece 194
Rice crispy treats - Homemade 2 140
DINNER TOTALS: 990 emoticon

Thanks to all who offered up my much asked for prayers on my earlier blog… see prayers do work!!!

Oh ya, and then upon returning home I went out for a 45 minute walk, mostly to get my 10000 steps in with 10212 currently whoo hoo!
