So I decided I was sore, I was tired and I am not pushing myself more than the short walk I took this morning. I will be happy with what I have done but tomorrow.. either at 9 or at noon or at 12 I will be at water aerobics and walking and back to work but for today I am just watching the view.

    That is a great picture...

    You'll get back to your exercises, it's great to change up like has been said. You can do this, at least you did some exercising and that alone is great.

    You need to make sure you are getting at least one rest day in a week if not 2 to help your body heal from the exercise the rest of the days. Take the rest day at different days. Change out your exercise every week so you body doesn't get used to it and get in a rut.
