F/W 2013 Exercise reboot log - week 5

Goal: 150 minutes, or 2.5 hours of exercise a week.

Week Nov 18, 2013:

Wed, 45 mins. Upright bike, elliptical. Gym time.
Thurs, 45 mins. Elliptical.
Sat, 60 mins. Upright bike, elliptical, walk and jog on treadmill.
Sun, 60 mins. Upright bike, elliptical, walk on treadmill.

emoticon Total time: 210 mins. This was a mix of light to moderate exercise.

No cycling class this week :( Things keep getting in the way in the evenings, and I am not making it to the 7 am classes. Actually, early morning meetings are almost getting in the way of those too :(

Good news: going to the gym more often. However, working out at a lower intensity. Just feel like moving more and enjoying being at the gym again, not pushing it or anything. Starting somewhere with something is better than nothing, I guess.
