Goals for the week of November 24

It's been a fair week... I've kept my word on logging my nutrition and duly noting my exercise or the lack thereof! I'm still in recovery mode and my week is pretty much described by the picture above; I call it bed & breakfast. emoticon

I am relieved to know that my overeating is not as out of control as it feels. Being accountable keeps me from turning a blind eye to those little "a pinch of this & a bite of that's." It's those empty calories I have to focus on. What can I say? NEWS FLASH! It is now & has always been about CHOICES.

With Thanksgiving around the corner: my goal this week is simply to make better choices on purpose.

Secondly, I will continue to log my nutrition and exercise; or lack thereof. Keeping it real with myself is absolutely vital. emoticon
