Besides diet, exercise is another tried-and-true way to boost energy and mood. Even a single 15-minute walk can be energizing, and if you're more active, you'll get more benefits. Studies show that regular exercise may help ease depression and trigger other changes in your body that give you more energy all day long.

IMA,I had some problems adding a link too. Maybe this will help.
1. Go to the item you want to add as a link and highlight that number. 2. When you have highlighted the link information press the Ctrl key and hold it down and press the letter C. That will copy the link. 3. Type your blog and when you are ready to add the link, click on the box that says "Add a Link" 4. A long blue box will appear. Put your cursor on that block. 5. Right click on your mouse and then click on "Paste". 6. Then left click on the box that says "Add a Link"
That should then show the link on your blog and then you can post the blog and the link information should be there. It should show up without a problem. Let me know if that does not work for you I will try to help if I can. Have a good night. Judi 1039 days ago
