I will use this blog to count the servings and colors for this week's challenge

Main Challenge (30 Points): For 30 points this week we will eat a rainbow!!
For each day that you eat at least 4 colors (or combined colors) of the rainbow you get 5 points. That means you either get 5 points or 0 points for each day. You have to eat at least 1/2 serving for it to count. Letís see if we can all end this challenge as winners!

Suggestions of colorful fruits and vegetables. (These are only suggestions)

Red: red apples, beets, cherries, cranberries, pink grapefruit, red grapes, red peppers, pomegranates, red potatoes, radishes, raspberries, rhubarb, strawberries, tomatoes, and watermelon.

Orange/Yellow: yellow apples, apricots, butternut squash, cantaloupe, carrots, grapefruit, lemons, mangoes, nectarines, oranges, papayas, peaches, pears, yellow peppers, pineapple, pumpkin, rutabagas, yellow summer or winter squash sweet corn, sweet potatoes, tangerines, and yellow tomatoes.

Green: green apples, artichokes, asparagus, avocados, green beans, broccoli, brussel sprouts, green cabbage, cucumbers, green grapes, honeydew melon, kiwi, lettuce, limes, green onions, peas, green pepper, spinach, and zucchini.

Blue/Purple: blackberries, blueberries, eggplant, figs, plums, prunes, purple grapes, and raisins.

White: bananas, cauliflower, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, onions, parsnips, potatoes, and turnips. * If you peel your apples, they can also be considered white.
