Q: Why can't idiots make Kool-Aid?
A: They can't get a quart of water to stay in the envelope
Daily devotion from Bedside Blessings by Charles Swindoll for November 24th:
After enduring the bitterness of winter, the early colonists decided to hold a feast, celebrating their survival and giving thanks to God for His protection and provisions throughout the past months. It was a spontaneous celebration of praise. God had turned their hardship and sorrow and pain into gratitude and health and joy.
"Praise the LORD, all nations; laud Him, all peoples! For His lovingkindness is great toward us."-Psalm 117: 1-2
