And as t'was their wont, Queen AmQ & her gloriously supportive and kindly minions (Diet Wise Woman, Exercise Elf, Diet Fairie Who Sprinkleth Magic on The Weight Management Program Now & Then, & Super Supportive Sundry Residents of Healthy Weight Management & Fitness Village, plus Some Others), did gambol on down at dawn or so to the Sacred Grotto o' the Golden Scale o' Dietary Justice. There Plucky Monarch AmQ did hop with alacrity on said Golden Scale & it did reveal to her that her weight was down .6 from last week and that she hath reached the NEW NUMBER OF 117.2.
The queen did sing out, "Woot!" She made a little speech about how, since this is the Sunday that kicks off Thanksgiving Week, it was both a culmination of the quest to reach 117 by that auspicious Sunday and we here in the AmQ Queendom have pretty much done that.
THE QUEEN'S QUEST HATH BEEN FULFILLED! Victory aboundeth in the realm.
This is also the second week of the AmQ Crystal Clarity period of reflection AND it also represents more of a focus now on MAINTENANCE, PERSONAL LIFE, & the ever popular FITNESS MANAGEMENT.
As has been stated before it this journal/blog thingie and various chapters thereof, from here on out if the body wants to go up or down, it is up to the body. We will be happy either way.
But 117 remains our IDEAL WEIGHT & one we don't struggle much to maintain and with which we still have good muscle going, eat a lot in our calorie cycling cuisine style and with which our health care providers are satisfied.
Being small framed and of a certain age where joints can start to grumble at extra pounds, we are feeling quite fine and we are wearing new clothes that fit, so a few pounds up or down won't bother us either way.
Nevertheless, we will continue our ceremonial royal weigh-ins once a week, although we may change the day sometimes.
We will continue for a while our bloggety blog here in Sparkety Spark Land & hither & yon 'bout the internet, but the journey now is MAINTENANCE & HEALTHY FITNESS MANAGEMENT and this is a different journey than weight loss, although the lifestyle must remain the same in order to succeed long term (forever).
