Found this little number on Fitness RX Women's:
Warm up
Run 1/4 mile
100 side bends
run
100 burpees
run
100 pull ups
run
100 wall balls
run
100 box jumps
run
100 side kicks
run
100 jumping jacks
run
100 squats
run
100 pushups
run
100 crunches
It took me about 47 minutes to complete this:)
