Catching up....hehehe

Okay....reboot....Just read my last blog....April 30, emoticon o my have I been gone that long? Well I have been logging in and doing a lot of reading and posting and tracking, but I'm not dropping on the scale! emoticon Why? Well I guess I also have to do some exercising. emoticon Maybe that will make the scale move. emoticon I have collected a lot of Spark points with all the posting but hardly any points have been accumulated by exercise. emoticon

Well today is a new day and the beginning of a new week! emoticon I'm not waiting till January to start on the weight loss thing and the whole summer shorts thing....When hubby goes over to the woods to hunt I am getting on the treadmill. I need to try and accumulate as many points in exercise as I do reading articles and spinning the wheel.

Thought of the day: "It's a new day with a new beginning." emoticon
