Current weight is 174.9 kg that is 385.6 lbs
Week weight loss is 5.1 kg that is 11 lbs
That's the first time I loose double digit, at least since I've been ably to weigh myself.
I had low number before, 1 lbs, now big number, but still that's all a process and how fast it goes is none of my business. I eat like a healthy man, so I'll eventually be.
Next week I may gain, will I care then...we'll see:)

That's was ok, as usual. Ate more sweets then usual, but not breaking my overall limits.
I have 250 rule, that I shouldn't eat more then 250 kCal of sweets per day. Broke it twice.
New discovery - I like kiwi:) And I don't like mushrooms:) I'll keep looking for ones I like.

Strength training was fine, moved one to another day cause of dentist appointment.
I use 20 kg (44 lbs) dumbbells now, tomorrow I'll add 5 lbs more.
Some were curious, my training session lasts about 80 minutes.

On Thursday I've tried my new shoes, since it's cold and all, but after 10 minutes of walking they started to hurt and by time I got back hope I had two big wounds on my heels.
So, I stopped walking for couple of days.
But it's healing nicely and on Tuesday I'll get back on track, maybe even tomorrow...will see how it is tomorrow.
I've been thinking about a little break, just strength training.
