Woohoo! I got my 500 November fitness minutes trophy!
Today is day 19 of the 21 day blog challenge and I’ve been wondering what to do once it’s finished. So I decided I would get out The Beck Diet Solution and work through that, blogging as I go. It’s a 6 week course that fits with any diet and uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques. Judith Beck, the author, is the daughter of the man who invented CBT. So I’ll be reading through the first pages today, and I’ll start the 6 weeks… well, I might start it today actually, as today is the start of a new week! :-)
