Why is this so hard?

Back again..... at least this time I haven't gained. I'm still doing Nutrisystem (which I like) but have plateaued. I think it started because I wasn't eating enough (only about 800 calories a day) and now it's because I've added junk instead of good food. I did buy some frozen veggies though so that is where I'm going to start. I'm also going to start doing Walk Away the Pounds. Because of weather I can't walk outside, I brought the Kinect up here but I have yet to use it. I lived WATP before but just found it repetitive doing the same thing every day.

My main motivation right now if my future child. I am actively trying to get pregnant (using a donor) and my weight is probably not helping. Ever month I am not successful I am spending money for nothing. I feel that WATP is a good program, it is not too strenuous so that if/when I become pregnant I should be able to continue it. During my maternity leave I will be living in the city and I hope that I can establish a good walking routine even if it means driving to the mall. I am planning on going to Disney when baby is young and I want to be able to fly comfortably, ride the rides comfortably, and overall just travel comfortably.

So here we go.... yet again....
