It's been a busy week. I've been tracking but not much else on SP. Been maintaining my running and fitness, including today's good 10 mile run with a friend. Thursday I had a pretty hard workout and ended up sore yesterday. Good sore though...nice to know my muscles still work. :)

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-make good food choices (family pot luck tomorrow)
-2 days boot camp
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10:30
