47 degrees, heavy rain and strong wind from the north
One of the worst runs of my life. said 0% chance of rain for entire run time so I worn no water resistant clothing. Started to rain at mile 4 and continued until last mile.
Positive split(which is not a good thing): 13:07 at half way point
Only good note, very little pain or tightness in my right knee.
Have had sniffles all day.

    Way to tough it out on your long run. Take some extra vitamin c to ward off colds.

    wow! congratulations for sticking it out. i'm impressed. (and i've already learned not to trust the weather forecast for rain)(sometimes it says no rain for the next hour when it's raining!)

    You did awesome. You are my hero! I didn't run - I was two blocks from home when the skies opened and I decided it wasn't worth risking a cold when I'm traveling to Israel next week.
