Time marches on. Time waits for no man. Time is on my side?

So I have survived yet another week, and I hope you all have done the same. Last week was truly a forgettable experience with a 2 lb gain, yet I still haven't forgotten it. Stupid human memory! Interesting side note: people often "drink to forget", but did you know that drinking alcohol actually burns memories deeper into our conscious? It's true, unless you black out from drinking, then you will received the original desired effect.
But I digress...

So this week went a little better than last. I was able to post a loss. Of course not as much of a loss as I would have liked, but then again perhaps I shouldn't have had bacon and eggs for dinner last night :) The house still smells of bacon by the way, 21 hours later :)

So here's the numbers for this week.

Weight : 213.8
Lost : 1.2
Total : 106.2

Yep, 1.2 lbs lost this week. I'm sure it would have been more, but I really enjoyed the bacon and eggs, oh well.

    I know you don't always see it that way, but you know, you are progressing! Learning, not letting things discourage you despite having had quite a lot on your plate lately, and managing to maintain and even lose weight! At the moment I am not losing any weight at all and I need to follow your example.
