So happy I got a new book..

Saturday, November 23, 2013

Happy Saturday.. Well I weighed in today- I have not lost any weight, but I am definitely loosing inches my clothes are fitting better and I feel so much better. I have a ton more energy than I had before. I do think the vitamins are helping to.

I am super excited my friend bought be Dolvett Quince from Biggest loser book. I love it already. I am excited to read more. I love reading new ways to improve. I feel that the food choices and guidelines are easy to stick to. It is call 3-1-2-1. You eat clean for 3 days, cheat, 2 days of eating clean, and a cheat day. I kind of do something similar, but excited the reviews have been very good! I feel this is something I can do for the rest of my life. No restrictions nice and easy- slow and steady wins the race. I am taking it slow- I know in the long run my body and my weightloss will be more permanent and than losing fast and gaining it back fast. I have noticed when I lose weight fast it is never good. I usually gain it back faster than losing it even. It is a lifestyle change not a diet...

Love the idea of more than one cheat day a week - so much more doable and motivational. Thank you for the insight.
