I am the same weight as I was the last time I checked in, at least I didn't gain right?

    Welcome back to SP. I've missed you and your video blogs. You've done the hard part already - - you've admitted your mistakes along the way not only to us but also to yourself. You know where you're going wrong and what you need to do. We all have those days but the things is NOT to let yourself continue but to go forward from there. Don't be hard on yourself, just wipe yourself off and get back on the engine, not the caboose. You're looking great!!! Don't stay away. Your friends and support groups are here on SP. I won't say "hope to see you soon" but instead "we'll see you soon"!!!!

    Hello dear sister....how brave of you to share your journey in such honest detail.
    I cannot help but have great admiration for you for posting this video.
    How wonderful for you that you have got this far.
    We all know what a struggle it is, and you well know I am sure, that stumbling blocks
    can be stepping stones....it's just hard not to slip off them once in awhile.
    Your positive attitude is fabulous....

    Keep learning about emotional eating. See if you can learn other ways to sooth yourself with out food. Sounds like you already know what mistakes your making now committ to no more eating after a certain length of time. Hang in there emoticon emoticon

    I agree that your body is resetting itself. I think our bodies have to adjust to new weights when they haven't been at that weight for some time. That's how I looked at mine after I lost 45 and then didn't see the scale move for quite a while.

    You can have and enjoy that cheeseburger if you make it yourself. Measure out the meat and I put chopped mushrooms in mine to bulk it out and make it a little healthier. Use one slice cheese and I use one half only of whole wheat bun. A big slice of meaty tomato and use romaine lettuce for the other half of the bun. You can even have baked fries with it that you brushed with olive oil and salt before baking. I try to make everything healthier first then track calories.

    You are doing what matters...1. Loving yourself! Even on the days when you feel discouraged, remembering that you are a wondrous and unique woman who deserves the very best from herself, no matter what. 2. Staying honest. You said a lot in your blog that showed you know where the bumps in the road are for your journey, and you know what needs to change. You're empowering yourself to choose right actions and not give in to old scripts and bad habits. 3. Never, never, never giving up! Everyone has times of feeling stuck and discouraged, forgotten and alone, bored and empty. But you've got grit and determination and stick-to-it-iveness. That one quality alone...tenacity...is the most important thing. Just keep on keeping on. A time of being becalmed when you wish you were sailing full speed ahead is just a moment, not the rest of the journey. Wishing you full speed ahead, sunshine instead of clouds, and most of all, much love as you deal with the roadblocks and challenges! Hugs! emoticon

    personally, i think the toughest thing about this journey is undoing bad eating habits but i think with motivation, consistency, planning and great food choices...it will eventually happen .

    I agree that your body may be resting and resetting itself..it has undergone some huge changes...BUT you absolutely must reset your thinking for the good stuff to continue. I won't try to tell you how to eat..you know. But if you are slipping from the good habits...like eating a whole cheeseburger instead of half of one, you are doubling your food intake and that can only lead to disaster. I suggest laying out your serving before you eat (even in restaurants...get a box or bag when you get your food)...and putting the rest back in the paper, or in the refrig or whatever..and perhaps out of sight will help control the mind. (When I have a hamburger these days, I remove half or even all of the bun..maybe that tactic would help you, too).

    Congratulations on the success so far!!! emoticon Keep the good habits in place and reaching for more (good habits, not food). You can do this and it will be SO worth the journey to get where you want to be. emoticon
