That is what my sweet treat is this week.
I found this chocolate bar in the clearance cart at a grocery store.
DAGOBA Organic Chocolate, xocolatl rich dark chocolate, chilies and nibs. don't know what nibs is, but the chocolate at 74% cacao is good and the chilies kick after the chocolate has departed from the tongue. ;P
The 2 oz bar has 10 segments, 10 servings. Calories 200/10= 20 calories each segment.
I shared my segment with my husband tonight, he prefers his just dark chocolate, with nuts ok.
I am chocoholic, but I have been doing very good with very small intake for quite a while. Most of the time I have fudge sticks @ 60-70 calories in the freezer.
This way I get my fix with much less damage on my menu.
Do you have a special treat that you can savor?

Eating one segment at a time is real self control.

WW has a similar bar that has just enough of the 'hot' in it to 'kick' after the chewing is long done. I just love chocolate period! I've put together fresh fruit, almonds, plain yogurt and add a little dark chocolate unsweetened chips and it satisfies my crave. Lots of healthy eating...keep sparkin'!!

Organic Cacao Nibs are a real chocolate treat. Made from crushed beans, these raw nibs are the original unsweetened chocolate chip. Cocoa nibs are crunchy, flavorful, and packed with powerful nutrients and natural mood lifters.Enjoy your hot chocolate!! emoticon

I enjoy a cup of Land O' Lakes cocoa evenings in the fall/winter. Sip it nice and slow. For extra special occasions I add a marshmallow. Mmmm!

We actually made some homemade hot chocolate here today. Oh my goodness, the creamy warmth of it all! It was rainy, foggy and drizzly here all day. So I caved and had a treat.

Sounds like you made a good find!
