So not wanting to work out!?

It's cold outside....which doesn't really give me an excuse to not work out inside. It's warm in here, and guess what...exercise warms you up.

I had a long week at work. Lots of people were sick, but I'm never sick so I never get a sick day off. I'm so frustrated. Guess what helps stress and nerves? Working out...

I didn't work out yesterday.....all the more reason to work out today.

My phone is all out of batteries so I don't have any music to listen to. Maybe I should do I workout DVD instead.

I think I'm all out of excuses.....

UPDATE I worked out and went harder then I had gone all week! Now I'm feeling good! Tomorrow I'm going to work out hard again to give a great end to the week!

Glad you convinced yourself, just remember today in the future when you don't feel like it! And remember, sometimes you don't feel like it, you'll still workout, and you'll still feel like crap afterwards. But you know what? At least you did it :)

    We all have those days! Set your timer for 10 minutes and dance...oh does your TV have a music channel, OR do you have a radio? I walk from one end of the house to the other for 10 minutes on cold days, not as much fun as dance but it is body in motion!
