The "Lil" Treat

On the Fit Food Challenge today my article asked that I give myself a treat and went on to say treats every now and then are OK in moderation.
I was really busy today getting ready for my family to have Thanksgiving at our home this Sunday. About 3:00 in the afternoon I became so tired I decided I just had to sit for a little rest. This is a vulnerable time for me because I love to eat when I an resting. I also love anything chocolate and we had some left-over treats from Halloween. I decided one of those little mini treats wouldn't be so bad and chose a "Mallo Cup" for my treat. When I listed it tonight and saw the calories it cost me it wasn't nearly as good as I thought. 5 ounces had that many calories?!
