Late post, but a good one.

Goal: 150 minutes, or 2.5 hours of exercise a week.

Week Nov 11, 2013:

Mon, 45 minutes gym
Tues, 45 minutes gym. Cycle class!
Wed, 45 minutes gym
Fri, 45 mins gym
Sun, 60 mins gym

emoticon Total time: 240 mins. This was a mix of light to moderate exercise.
