I got on my treadmill and decided to just do a leisure jog "in the zone" where I can just jog without any real effort. Usually I quit jogging at 2 miles and take a short walking break.
But this time, I pushed myself.
I ended up jogging 3.5 miles nonstop for 1 full hour!!!
Not too bad!
Afterwards, I walked 2.4 miles and worked on various inclines, which is quite hard to do...
I am feeling the soreness right now so I know I did a great workout.
Oh, and I lost a half pound, finally!!! I hope I broke through the plateau!!!
