So guys, since October i gave up exercise it seems. But on the plus side I've been a smoker since i turned a teen and have now quit completely. No going back, I'm so over it. The trick is to REALLY WANT TO STOP and then its the most easiest thing you can imagine.
So i think I've put on a stone, because again as I've said im one of them people that if i don't exercise every day of my life i just pile on the weight when i eat normally/healthy. But nevermind I've done some exercise this week, and going to start jogging 2-3 times a week.
So back here sparkpeople, i had to get this off my chest otherwise i know i'd keep lying to myself i had to face my fears and tell myself i have put on nearly a stone but i can just as easily loose it. So here i gooo!
