Yesterday, I reset my goals. Today, I stepped on the scale and I lost a little over 2 lbs.

Now I know this could be a number of things: water weight, hormones, too much salt the day before...but I'm happy I lost the two pounds.

I don't want to make a habit of stepping on the scale daily, but seeing that little 2 lbs lost on my home page has helped to motivate me. Since I hadn't lost anything, I hadn't seen that before. Maybe my next weigh-in will be after Thanksgiving. We are planning a healthy meal for two that day.
