Hi SP! Last night my husband and I went out to dinner with a friend. Knowing she likes pizza, we took her one of our favorite Italian places. I ordered a side salad and only ate 1 piece of pizza! Our friend offered me more and I sat there for a brief moment contemplating having another but then thought, "I'm going to have to log this in on my tracker. Nope!". But ya' know, I didn't feel bad about it at all. I was full and didn't really need to eat another piece! Talk about a change!!!! I not only thought about what I was eating but how much and then listened to my body! WOW!!!! What a great revelation! Change is happening in very small increments but it's changing and that's the best thing that could happen!
