Hanging In

Friday, November 22, 2013

I lost my father 2 days ago. Granted he was ~89 yrs old & had a good life, but he wasn't ready to go and loss HURTS!

I'm focusing on taking care to eat as best I can and get protein in. Am I perfect? No! I'm drinking WAY TOO MUCH HOT decaf sf coffee drinks. Comforting, but get in the way of eating GOOD food.

So very sorry for your loss. It hurts to lose a parent, no matter their age. Both of mine are gone, as is my only sibling. I felt orphaned when all that finally happened. And I am 60 years old!! Take good care of yourself.

May you cherish the special memories of your father. God bless and comfort you.
