It's raining today. Tomorrow morning is my first weigh in for the transition phase. Gotta be honest here. This hasn't been the greatest week but I did the best I could.
Saturday: ate Mexican food for dinner (chips/salsa, 3 veggie fajitas, large margarita)
Sunday: injury kicked in and I was hung over/hurt the whole day
Monday: birthday lunch for coworker; ate a salad with dressing
Tuesday: emotionally bad day; bottle of wine; burger and onion rings dinner
Wednesday: thought about my life as a whole and failing
Thursday: Catching Fire premiere; avoided popcorn for 6 hours
And here we are. I didn't exercise the entire week except for 20 min on Saturday. Not even walking because I was hurt. Today started off with a two hour training then traveling for a meeting. Lot of paperwork to get done before the end of the day. Everyone is taking off for Thanksgiving so it's hard to coordinate. At least next week is only 3 days.
My Thanksgiving plans so far is lunch with my mom/dad/brother. No dinner. Unfortunately, the mother in law isn't cooking. It's kinda depressing because I was looking forward to it.
My calf is almost nearly pain free. Still hurts if I flex it. Monday I will continue with my failed C25K program. I was on week 4 day 3 when I got sick and hadn't picked it up again. So the plan is C25K 3 days a week and light strength training full body 3 days a week. Once the new year hits, I begin more intense exercises to get stronger.
