Lots of little steps can equal one big step later anyway! :) Love the nail polish and the toe ring!

You look like that foot took advantage of one of those pedicures that Sassy is always passing out!! I agree, walk one more step...just keep going. It gets easier and it becomes as natural as brushing your teeth. You've just gotta do it!!

Yes small steps add up to big steps! Now what Spark Video says you need to do 60-90 minutes of exercise a day? I think 5 days a week of a good hour to an hour and a half of exercise does a body good. I feel leaner & better when I do that. I get in 90 minutes to 2 hours a lot of the time but for a few days now I will probably only get in an hour its that time, sigh!

Thanksgiving is a pretty big Holiday in The USA yes. We eat turkey and/or ham (not me, I don't eat pork, beef or veal.) with a bunch of sides and dessert for lunch or dinner. They show American football all day with 3 different games on and you can see other sports like hockey or basketball as well. Thanksgiving is always the last Thursday in November! I think only Christmas and maybe Easter are a bigger Holiday. Our July 4th (Independence Day from Britain) is pretty big but no football for Easter or July 4th! I think Thanksgiving is a day to celebrate family and friends and to be thankful.
