Starting over...again

Man I miss sparkpeople. It was definitely one of the biggest things that kept me motivated. I had made tons of friends in an awesome and supportive community where we all had the same goals and suffered from similar setbacks.

I have been fortunate to meet a few of my spark friends in person.
Keepgoing87 is one of my very best friends and actually sang at my wedding! I love her to death and her story kept me going for quite sometime!

SarahChristine came to visit me while I was in Texas and also while I was in Seattle. She is gorgeous inside and out and it was so nice to meet her and become friends with such a motivating personality.

I am currently coaching Lauren T on a 24 day challenge and even though I met her on SP, we stayed in touch via Facebook. I'm living in WA and she's over in Philadelphia. We followed each other's journeys and when I got married, I fell off SP and also my band wagon to health. Lauren, KEPT GOING! When I was first introduced to Advocare in July 2012, I loved the changes it was making for me so I starting reaching out to all my friends who I thought would love it too. She wasn't intrested at the time but now, with her doing Crossfit, she needed a change in her nutrition and supplementation. Insert Advocare! 5 days into her challenge, she was already seeing and feeling a difference in the definition of her abs. I love hearing stories like these...

Anywho, I'm going to be COMPLETELY transparent with you and let you know that I am NOT where I want to me and it's all because I keep getting in my own way. I coach women and men on Advocare products, specifically the 24 day challenge and see them get amazing results and CONTINUE getting amazing results and the reason is this. The 24 day challenge is NOT a fad diet. It's not like you lose 10 lbs and 10 inches because you're on some crazy diet pill or are starving yourself. It's about eating clean, supplementing and being active. I have done none of the above, consistently anyways for the past 5 months. Trust me, I feel like a huge hypocrite telling people about these amazing, life-changing products when I'm not following it myself. Well, it ends today...actually two days ago.

I've been starting my mornings off with veggie-berry protein shakes and it's made a world of difference. I've been taking all my supplements and I feel SO much better. Funny how taking the right products in combination of clean eating works! Now I need to bump up the activity which I plan to do this weekend.

I started at 166.6 and today I'm 164.6. I would like to see 135 but I'm not going to be obsessed with the scale. I just want to feel great and look great.

It's time to be feel like a bad ass again!
