So been not doing fitness lately. No excuses, no wild stories about homework eating my dog, I'm not in the mood, nothing just plain ol' not doing it. Today I decide I'm ready to get back to it. I decide to do a relaxing twenty minute a.m. yoga workout. It was anything but relaxing. Kid having fits cuz she is a teenager (as good a reason as any). Dog and cat fussing and carrying on. DVD sticking. Not enough room for some moves / stretches. I don't feel stretched. I done feel relaxed. At least I can say I did it. I guess that should be enough.
