only good thing is I did it

Friday, November 22, 2013

So been not doing fitness lately. No excuses, no wild stories about homework eating my dog, I'm not in the mood, nothing just plain ol' not doing it. Today I decide I'm ready to get back to it. I decide to do a relaxing twenty minute a.m. yoga workout. It was anything but relaxing. Kid having fits cuz she is a teenager (as good a reason as any). Dog and cat fussing and carrying on. DVD sticking. Not enough room for some moves / stretches. I don't feel stretched. I done feel relaxed. At least I can say I did it. I guess that should be enough.

Hope y'all enjoy the day!

Funny. lol I've had my little one get up underneath me too, making it hard to keep from accidentally knocking him down, have the dogs come up and kiss me while I'm working out . . .

You gave it a shot. A for effort indeed.

Love your sense of humor! Try again tomorrow.

I think in this case you get an A for effort and everyone else gets a D- for cooperation. emoticon

Better than doing nothing! My dog always comes and gets "concerned" while I'm doing yoga... nothing like having a real dog lie down under you while you are doing downward dog!
