Busted by evening snacking last night.
Two things are on my agenda for today aside from client work:
1) a walk
2) eat healthy and in calorie range

Happy it is Friday.
Happy for yesterday's family time.
Grateful for the feeling of hope every new day offers.

LATE MORNING UPDATE
Ate a healthy breakfast
Walked 4.15 miles in the rain
Ate a healthy lunch & dinner
6 cups of water down the hatch, all total.
Now then.....I must stay away from evening snacking. Made it a new goal not to eat past 7p. Fingers crossed.
9:30p and holding steady. Drank my last 2 cups of water for the day; sipping on a cup of coffee as I write. Both should keep the snacking at bay.
