Chptr 12 - Day 89

Busted by evening snacking last night.

Two things are on my agenda for today aside from client work:
1) a walk
2) eat healthy and in calorie range

"If I think I can, I can." (unknown)

Happy it is Friday.
Happy for yesterday's family time.
Grateful for the feeling of hope every new day offers.

Live a healthy and fit day!

Ate a healthy breakfast
Walked 4.15 miles in the rain

Ate a healthy lunch & dinner
6 cups of water down the hatch, all total.
Now then.....I must stay away from evening snacking. Made it a new goal not to eat past 7p. Fingers crossed.

9:30p and holding steady. Drank my last 2 cups of water for the day; sipping on a cup of coffee as I write. Both should keep the snacking at bay.

    Good job Vicki, I did my elliptical yesterday was raining so hard, did get out today. internet on and off, but I am still at it. Great walk for you, glad you had a good breakfast, I had to learn to like breakfast. emoticon emoticon
