Whoa! It's about 45 minutes after midnight, but I figure if I squeeze a quick blog post in before going to sleep then it can count as being written yesterday.
Today I made some homemade pizzas for my husband and I (homemade crust!) I went a little crazy and ate a little more than I had planned. Note to self: box up the portion you want to save for later BEFORE you start eating, since it's so easy to just keep going when it's all in front of you! However, I did get a good amount of exercise in including plenty of ab-targeted pilates, so the day wasn't a total wash.
Anyways, as long as I stop and try to learn something to help me out next to to prevent overeating, then I guess I suppose it could be worse. Plus, the homemade pizza was much healthier than going on for pizza so I limited the damage a little that way!
