Than you all for encouraging comments yesterday, after putting my saw together and also mounting it onto the table I also bought, I had to test it and wow, I could finish the floor by the entrance door! I also finished painting the hall which included a lot of climbing up and down on a ladderdoing the fine work up at the ceiling...
Inspired by the saw I also made some extra panel in my kitchen, it is really easy to make stuff when I have the right tools. My worry about shopping too much is gone, if this tool can helpme to get a lot of needed small work done, it is well spent money!
I did walk almost an hour in the woods with doggy and together with allthat climbing and carrying furniture and painting with roller, I do get a respectable amount of exercise.
But yesterday evening I realised that I hade gotten too eager - even though I remembered to have the shoes with insoles on all the time, I could hardly walk in the evening. Had to walk to the store (so close it is not worthto start the car for) to get nilk, it was more than painful, I limped back and forth and then sat in my chair all evening, dreading the minute that I would have to raise and go to bed. Luckily it feels okay this morning again. This should motivate me to lose more weight but it is not really "real" to me that less weight would change things that much. I know that the kilos I have lost so far has made a big difference, but somehow I canīt imaginge how it would be to change more.
Food is a little sloppy, I keep under my limit, but am not "safe" with my eating.
House project is hopefully finished today - not really, then I have to move all things back and I have decided to reorganise my food store and went to a fela market and bought a cupboard that will be placed under an old inherited thing... it will have to be painted and I hope to get creative to find a way to paint it so it matches the old antique cupborad I will use it as a fundament to.
