Oh yes! I absolutely look forward to my exercise now. My muscles let me know they need to move. I wasn't able to get in my typical Josh Axe Burst Fit workouts the last two days and I was feeling it today! Those workouts absolutely kick my behind! They're also why I've lost 12 inches in 3 weeks. Today, my muscles felt like a kid being held back in a candy store. It was late afternoon before I could get around to doing it. I kind of dreaded it because they are hard. I just decided to get it done because I knew 25 minutes would pass, and when they did, I'd either have that workout behind me, or still needing to be done. It felt so good! I'm discovering I'm able to do more. When I started doing this particular workout 3 1/2 weeks ago, I couldn't do planks, walking planks, mountain climbers or burpees. Still can't do burpees. The roll around my tummy just makes some things impossible. But on all the others, I'm actually doing them now.
So, nothing spectacular here today, other than to say if you've been hesitating about beginning the exercise portion of your fit journey, then I encourage you to stick a toe in the water. Ease into it. Your body will respond quickly. Plus, you'll be adding a whole new dimension to your life. This opens a door to so many things you've been excluding yourself from. Just do it!!
