Getting up extra early for a workout

On the days my hubby is home I have been getting up extra early (4:30) to get in a workout before the kids even know I have been gone. It is so nice, gym not crowded and I can check workout off my list for the day. HOWEVER, I seem like I am so hungry and eat more because I get up so much earlier. Does that make any sense? Frustrating! So I technically have approximately 250 calories left in my nutrition tracker today and wondering if I should eat something healthy before bed. My stomach just feels so empty. The hot tea is helping slightly.
If you read my blog yesterday you know I forgot to do my daily skinny jean challenge and vowed to do it today. Happy to report that I did it. It was a 5 minute butt workout. Ouch!
Feeling strong but HUNGRY!!!
