Tonight's Results...Ouch!

OK here are my results for my 1st holiday night out - OUCH! And here I thought I did so well. Although I’m not positive of true values on these foods - SINCE I DID NOT CREATE THEM! As is the case anytime we choose to eat out - we loose control… Not necessarly self-control but control over the “quality” of what we are eating. So here is what I ate, which I thought I did great, with the exception when it came to the ^%$# treat table ops - my definite downfall - oh ya!

Waldorf Salad [yummm] ½ cup 300 11 25 9
Corn - ½ cup 80 19 1 3
No stuffing - skipped** -- -- -- --

Mostaccioli - ¼ cup 70 8 2 6
Turkey - white meat - 3 oz 134 0 3 25
Gravy - Skipped** -- -- -- --
Fat Free Milk - 12 oz 135 20 0 14

Apple pie - 1/8 piece 358 27 26 3
Cherry cobbler - ½ c 290 45 11 3
DINNER TOTALS: 1,624 175 73 64

I tried my best to calculate on SP what the nutrition value was…. OUCH!!!!!!

And to think this count is FOR DINNER ONLY!!! Oh how I hope I have over exaggerated on these numbers but I guess “it is what it is”. And it/this is OVER! Thank You!

On the up side - today is my 2nd day using my Spark Activity Tracker but actual 1st FULL DAY of use and emoticon - it went OVER my goal of 10,000 steps today!!! emoticon !!

    Everyone deserves to splurge a little. Just make sure you crack down on yourself and eat well today and drink lots of water
