Cranky (FYI contains some TMI)

I have been really cranky since I got home tonight. I had a good day at work and then I got to babysit a cousin, which is always fun. But I got home and it is like my cranky switch flipped into high gear. I only did one HITT video. I was suppose to do that video and a yoga video. I started doing the yoga one and started feeling back twinges and just no motivation to do it anymore. It was like I was completely burned out. I think it was a bit from it being already 8:30 and me trying to exercise before eating and having not ate since lunch at 1. But also I am late for starting my period for reasons unknown (no pregnancy, I swear). It wouldn't be so bad by I keep having the signs that I am starting but it doesn't happen. Pads are not the most comfortable things to exercise with on. They are like wedgie diapers. But once I gave in and only did 20 minutes of exercise and then went and had dinner. I am starting to feel less cranky. I really should try to eat at more regular intervals.

    Yes that's a long time in between meals and sounds like your having some PMS, did you know that some PMS is because of a calcium deficiency? I use to buy Viactiv they sell it OTC it's cheap and tastes like tootsie rolls. I'd take two and you see a drastic change in PMS in 3 months of consistently taking them.
I learned of that while working at an OB/ Gyn office and it really worked for me, good luck!
