Going strong for almost 2 weeks straight!
*Avoiding overeating due to a stressful day:) Pear with almond butter and lots of cinnamon and two cups of tea...must remember that food is fuel.
*Doing several L sits on the Olympic rings today. WHAT, WHAT??
*Having EVERYONE in my fitness class do at least one box jump! Even those that said they were too old:) LOVE IT!
*Scale going down:)
*No sugar cravings:)
