If you've been around with me for awhile you know I had a brachioplasty over a year ago. We're actually coming up on the anniversary for the 2nd revision surgery…
Since I've been underemployed and gotten both happy fat and then engaged, I started to see to my horror that my arms were getting larger and jigglier and freaked out and worked it out instead of sabotaging myself.
I finally started to see a bicep this month (holla!) so I thought I'd share that achievement with you guys as well as some old pictures.
My new guns! (and hey, Obama can't take these away from me!)
And now for where we came from… 270+ size 22/24W down to 193-195ish… Size 10/12/14/someoneneedstomakesho
One of the things that was depressing was "fitting" into smaller shirts, but my arms didn't...
Now here's another thing most people don't realize. Loose skin is just that. Loose. It rolls around. I could see a smaller arm in there, it was just surrounded.
I'm mostly posting this now so that I can have a reminder that even though I don't feel "fit" and don't look like a model, I did a damn good job at losing that weight, and even if there is more to go, I am not going to let the struggles of today stop me from getting where I want to go.
I am going to have MObama arms for my wedding dang it! That's my goal -- so hopefully in a few months I can post even more progress pics of my gun show!
