Sharing MOVIES !

Thursday, November 21, 2013

It's time to swap and share movies. Here are a few good ones, REALLY GOOD FULL LENGTH MOVIES TO WATCH FOR FREE.

Life-Changing Movies !

Movies to watch with an open MIND.

Yesterday I watched part of a video by John McDougall MD. John McDougall MD on Autoimmune Disease and the Impact of Diet. It's a wonderful movie. He explains how the diet affects our bodies. People with autoimmune issues have leaky gut syndrome. He shows how meat and dairy can cause autoimmune issues by crossing the gut barrier allowing the proteins to enter our blood stream which causes an autoimmune reaction. This reaction can cause most commonly diabetes and other diseases like multiple sclerosis. It's not new information, in fact I learned the basics of this 20 years ago when I was in college in physiology. My professor who was a Dr. said it was the reason he avoided these products. Dr. McDougall tells which diet is the most helpful for healing MS.

I encourage everyone to watch it as it has some great ideas.

Here are a few more hour long health videos. Green Smoothie Power with Sergei Boutenko.

The Joy of Juicing. Gary Null.

Charlotte Gerson on Cancer and Disease.

The Gerson Miracle.

Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead Joe Cross.

Dr. Robert Young on the Importance of Juicing.

The Beautiful Truth.

Sweet Misery. The truth about artificial sweeteners.

Dr. Russell Blaylock: Excitotoxins - The Taste That Kills. Learn how MSG and artificial sweeteners damage the brain.

12 Steps to Raw food.

What's your favorite life-changing movie.

I hope you don't mind me copying your blog info to my blog. That way I can have it for reference. Thank you for the information. I didn't have that information taught to me in college. Maybe because I graduated in 1969... emoticon chris

There are many different lines of thought about diet for MS. Some recommend staying away from gluten; some recommend staying away from gluten and legumes and actually eating a diet higher in free-range meat (the Paleo diet), etc. I think the one type of diet helps some, whereas the other diet helps others. I guess it is just like ‘dieting’ in general: not all diets work for everyone, and each has to find what works for them. It is the same with MS. And regrettably, sometimes no diet helps with MS. Personally I do best staying away from dairy and gluten (though I have an easier time staying away from dairy). I think though that ANY food allergy is apt to set off a persons immune system and then their immune system can more readily attack the myelin sheath if that is the direction of your immune attack.

Thanks for the links, I've already seen about half of them. Netflix has Fat Sick and Nearly Dead and the Gersham Miracle. That's what got me into juicing. I'll check out some of the other ones.

Probably What the Bleep to we Know is one of my favorite life altering movies. I've probably watched it Four or Five times and actually bought the DVD (something I rarely do).
