Ok I knew I havnt blogged for a few days but I didnt realize it was this many.
My 11yr old has had controlle of the computer most days this week.

I can proudly say that I have been keeping up with the challenge.

on 11/17, I did 10 mins on ski elliptical
on 11/18 I did a 35 min walk and a 10 min walk
on 11/19, I did a 45 min walk and a 10 min walk
on 11/20, I did a 25 min walk.
This morning I did 1 mile in 20 mins!! the fastest yet!!!!

I have not done a weigh in for a while, however I have noticed that my body has changed a little. My clothes are a little baggier, my breathing during excercise is getting easier, and I have even noticed my legs are getting stronger. I no longer hurt during or after my walks. Now it is time to try going a little further. My husbands car may be fixed this weekend and if it is, then I have more time in the afternoon to go for a walk with the kids and walk a farther distance than I have been walking. I still have to wait to see if the car is fixed this weekend, but it looks hopeful!!

Hope the car is fixed. It's frustrating when it takes a long time.
