I feel so unmotivated, yet I want results. Truly a quandry. I want this, I really do, I just don't think I can do it on my own....

    My strategy for healthy living is making it a game. When I started, I timed my 1/2 mile walk and had fun watching how fast my speed increased. A couple months later changed my distance to one mile. Each week I prepared "new to me" fruit or veggie in at least two healthy ways. I couldn't believe all the great food tasting food I was missing. Spark Points encouraged me to read about health. Tracking is essential so I tried to get close to the right percentages on the pie chart every day. Soon the weight loss chart moved down. Once I got started it was easy to think of new ideas to keep motivated. My point is if you look at diet and exercise as a chore, it will be. Make it fun!

    Fill up a water bottle and go get some exercise. Even a walk might lift your spirits and increase your motivation. emoticon
