If you're not diabetic does taking your bloodsugar measurements make sense? (i.e. will you get meaningful numbers depending on what you eat, or is the point that if you are not diabetic your pancreas will keep your BS at a stable level regardless?)
I feel good about avoiding sugar with the few slip-ups the past 3 weeks. Physically I think I feel about the same as always? It's hard to tell... Wondering if biometrically there has been a significant change in some marker.
