Need to get back into a routine

I took some time off late last month and earlier this month to get over my really bad cold. I haven't really been very good about getting back into my exercise routine. It has been a crazy busy month.

I need to get back into the habit of doing my morning walk/jog before work and then try to get back into doing my 30 minutes at night too.

I got some walking in this morning but not happy with I'm at so will need to do some walking tonight when I get home if I have a chance. It's going to be a busy night with one of my girls performing at the PTA meeting tonight and then getting home to make sure homework gets done. I just need to get in at least a 30 minute walk tonight.

I will commit to starting back with my exercise routine tomorrow.

    I am one that has to do my main workout before work in the mornings as well. I always say that the hardest part is putting your sports bra on! How are you doing with it??? KEEP IT UP!!!! :)

    Having same issue. It can take time to get back on track but I find that just making an effort no matter how small slowly brings me back. Good luck.

    Many small steps will get you just as far as a few big ones.
