Hello there! Sorry I haven't had time to blog here lately been super busy with finals coming up then when I'm not at school I'm working! The past week has been great! I've lost 5 pounds! Only 5 more pounds to go before I hit my mini goal 180 (which I hope to do by Thanksgiving)
With the weather being horrible here in Illinois and me being busy I really haven't had time to exercise! But luckily with my job I am constantly on my feet walking around and sometimes lifting things. So when I get off work it does feel like I got a good workout in!
I tried to do no cheat days 2 weeks before Thanksgiving but I kind of failed at that! But this next week I am going to try my hardest to try to eat healthy! I believe diets don't work I've tried anything and everything! The key to weight loss is what kind of food you put in your body! I try to stay in a certain calorie range per day but I'm not really strict about it.
Finally after about 3 months of losing weight I am starting to see RESULTS!! I've noticed my thighs have gotten smaller and my arms to! Just in the past 3 weeks I have noticed a big change in my stomach! I'm slow starting to get an hour glass figure!

What do you guys look forward to eating on Thanksgiving ?
