7:30 AM Breakfast: Plain Bagel, coffee w/2 Tbsp fat free creamer


11:10 AM Late Morning Snack: 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes


12:45 Lunch: Creamed Vegetable soup and Peach Greek Yogurt


2:30 PM Snack: 1 banana


Dinner: Salmon with green beans and Brussels sprouts (Again forgot to take pictures :()
