I currently have the biggest urge to have bagels for breakfast instead of oatmeal. Oatmeal will definitely set me on the right path for the day, make me feel better, and overall if I want to lose weight.. it's the right choice. But I'm totally craving bagels and perhaps for all the wrong reasons. I'm probably a) dehydrated b) looking for a filler in my morning. Instead of making breakfast something healthy and enjoyable with each bite, I would make it out to be an event. And I don't want to do that. I woke up early anyway, so I can use that time after breakfast INSTEAD of gorging my face to work on schoolwork.
And release, end rant. Ugh.
