I have overcome a challenge- Ava took a nap yesterday, and all I could think about was the Halloween candy in the fridge. I had a mini kit kat bar, but wasn't satisfied. I was pacing around the house, thinking if I should have another. I realized it wasn't hunger, but boredom, that was making me want more. I read a fitness magazine instead, then did some pilates moves until Ava woke up. I did eventually have another piece of candy, but I tracked it and moved on. Usually, this would lead to me throwing in the towel all together and feeling like a failure- not this time!
